- The pressure of interpersonal relationship: this is also a prominent problem among white-collar workers. There are also some problems such as educating children and getting along with the elderly, which will also bring pressure to people.
Correct decompression method:
- Be relaxed about your work. It's best to squeeze out a little time every day to exercise. For example, in the office, you should rest your eyes after working for an hour, stroll in the corridor, and don't sit from work to work. It is better to walk for a while on the way home from work. Don't jump on the bus when you leave the office. It is better to take a walk with your family for half an hour every day, because people will produce a substance when walking, which can make people happy and play a positive role in emotional and physical recovery. You can also use this time to communicate with your family.
- In the face of competitive pressure, you should understand that it is better to do your best, and do not set the goal too high. The higher the goal, the greater the pressure. Don't compare with others too much, just compare with yourself and make progress. Similarly, when facing the pressure of development, the goal should also be appropriate.
- In terms of emotion, we should pay attention not to wait for problems to be solved, because it is too late.
