HR likes to see this item in the resume. Do you have it?

The purpose of writing a resume is not only to show yourself, but also to let the recruiter see your characteristics suitable for the position, including relevant work experience, excellent skills and well-matched personality. Researching the recruitment requirements of the target position and making the resume match better is an important link to improve the resume hit rate.

It is recommended that you do this:

  1. By interpreting the recruitment requirements, understanding the job responsibilities, and focusing on the job content of the recruitment position, I will state my work experience and soft skills accumulated by stages, such as leadership, communication and cooperation. Experiences that match the target position can be described in detail, and relatively unrelated experiences can be briefly described, with the emphasis on the description.
  2. If you also have the keywords and skills mentioned in the recruitment requirements, please clearly reflect them in your resume, which can not only increase the probability of your resume being retrieved, but also quickly let HR know your matching degree.

  3. The resume must be concise and intuitive without losing its focus, keep in mind the principle of "the reader is the king", be organized, not complicated, and not verbose, so that the recruiter can see your clear thinking and rigorous attitude.
  4. If you are very interested in the target company, you can further study its corporate nature and corporate culture, and highlight your matching personality traits and abilities in your resume. If a foreign enterprise emphasizes its values - results-oriented and excelsior in its recruitment requirements, you need to count and match the work cases related to these soft abilities when describing the work experience and content.
